Overwatch from Shipster Pro
Overwatch is a simple WordPress plugin that allows you to share access to your ShipStation account with your clients.
How it works
As a fulfillment center with multiple clients we needed to be able to give our customers access to their orders in ShipStation. Unfortunately the only way to do that is to either use multiple ShipStation account or to show all our stores to all our clients.
That’s why we created Overwatch for ShipStation.
Overwatch allows us to set up a client account and connect it to a specific store or stores in our ShipStation. Each user/client can have access to different stores.
Overwatch features
Each client is able to see orders in their store(s) and make updates:
- Please orders on hold*
- Release hold for an order and set it to ‘Awaiting Shipping’
- Cancel orders
- Edit shipping details
- Add internal notes/instructions for the shipping team
*Can only place an order “on hold” if it is currently set to “Awaiting Shipping”
